When I Was Worried, He Provided Power
Have you ever faced something so uncertain that you wondered, “How am I going to get through this?” Moses understood that feeling. When God called him to return to Egypt and lead the children of Israel out of bondage, Moses responded, “Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh?” (Exodus 3:11).
Moses was looking at his own weakness, but God wanted him to look at His strength. The question was not, “Who am I?” but, “Who is God?” The Lord assured Moses, “Certainly I will be with thee.” God did not promise that the journey would be easy, but He promised that His presence would go with him.
Moses was a humble and meek man, but his ability to overcome the unknown did not come merely from his humility. His strength came from his faith in God. Hebrews 11:24–26 reminds us that Moses chose to follow God rather than enjoy the temporary pleasures of Egypt. He trusted that God’s reward was greater than anything the world could offer.
As Moses stepped forward, God provided power, proof, and a path. When Moses wondered what he could possibly offer, God asked, “What is that in thine hand?” (Exodus 4:2). The rod Moses surrendered to God became a tool through which the Lord displayed His mighty power.
When Israel stood trapped between the Red Sea and Pharaoh’s army, Moses declared, “The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace” (Exodus 14:14). God provided a way forward when there appeared to be no way.
Perhaps you are facing an uncertain future today. Maybe you feel inadequate, afraid, or unsure of what you can offer. Remember that God has not changed. He is still the great I AM—the eternal, self-existent God who is able to strengthen the weak, guide the lost, and help those who trust in Him.
When I was worried, He provided power. When I was wondering, He provided proof. When I was walking, He provided a path.
You may not know what tomorrow holds, but you can know the One who holds tomorrow. Trust Him, surrender what is in your hand, and take the next step of faith.
When facing the unknown, stop focusing on your own limitations and remember the power and presence of God. Surrender your fears and abilities to Him, and trust Him to direct your path.
"Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is." — Jeremiah 17:7

Trusting God With Tomorrow (Pt. 3)
In this final part of the message, “Trusting God with Tomorrow,” we are brought face to face with a powerful truth from Scripture—while we often plan our days and assume the future, the Bible teaches us that life is fragile, uncertain, and completely in God’s hands. As James reminds us, our life is “even a vapour” that appears for a little time and then vanishes away . The issue is not planning, but planning without God—living as though we are in control of what only God knows.
This message walks through the heart of biblical trust: having a proper perspective of tomorrow, a humble posture before God today, and a surrendered plan that says, “If the Lord will.” Whether facing uncertainty, fear, or the illusion of control, we are called to draw near to God, rest in His care, and trust that His will is good, even when tomorrow is unknown. Because Christ has risen, our future is secure—not in our plans, but in His perfect hands.
