The Prayer Chain

Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Some things cannot wait until Sunday. An accident, a diagnosis, a surgery brought forward, a family in the middle of the worst week of their lives.

The prayer chain is the people of Kitchener Baptist Church who have said they want to know straight away. When a request comes in, everybody on the chain gets one message — by text, by email, or both — and a link to a page of its own where the church adds news as it comes, so you can see how to keep praying without waiting for another message.

It is not a mailing list. Nothing is sent but prayer requests, they are never many, and you can ask to come off at any time by phoning the office.
