(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: — Philippians 3:18
Paul now gives a warning. There are many who walk contrary to the truth. He had warned them before, and now he repeats it with sorrow-even weeping.
These are enemies of the cross-not necessarily outward enemies, but those whose lives oppose the message of the cross. The cross calls for humility, sacrifice, and death to self-but these individuals live in opposition to that.
