Baptism: Your Next Step

After a Christian has trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Saviour, Jesus commands the believer to be baptized. This command is an ordinance given to the local church in fulfillment of the great commission. It is not a sacrament. We are not baptized in order to be saved. But if we have trusted Christ as our Saviour, we are to associate ourselves with Christ in believer’s baptism.
