Paul describes these individuals. Their end is destruction-they are on a path away from God. Their god is their belly-they live for their appetites and desires. What they should be ashamed of, they glory in.
Their focus is entirely earthly. They mind earthly things. This is the opposite of what Paul has been teaching. Instead of living for Christ, they live for self.
