Monthly Spiritual Guide

A strong Christian life isn’t something that comes by accident; it’s a relationship that’s nurtured and worked on (Philippians 2:12).

As we consider the countless spiritual attacks that could come into our lives, it’s important to be reminded of God’s help to be overcomers (Romans 12:21).

The Monthly Spiritual Guide gives you three areas of support:

Memorial Stones (Joshua 4-5). As the Children of Israel were told to place 12 stones on the Jourdan Riverbank as a reminder of God’s deliverance, we need to add our own memorials of God’s faithfulness. Write down every time God showed Himself strong in your life, so you never forget His eternal work.

Prayer Requests (Philippians 4:6). Prayer will overcome your worry and fear. Take time to cast your burden before the Lord and allow His peace to rule your heart.

Biblical Support (2 Timothy 3:16). Write down verses or Biblical Truths that God is teaching you. Use His Word to block the fiery darts of the wicked one.

The Spiritual Guide is just a piece of paper in theory, but it can be an incredible resource in your Christian life if used correctly.

Tuck it in our Bible and fill it out each day; as God shows Himself strong in your life, write it down as a reference for later.

When temptation comes and tries to sway you to learn on your own understanding, use the Monthly Spiritual Guide as a reminder that God doesn’t change and that He’ll come through for you – just like all the other times in your life.

David said moreover, The Lord that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the Lord be with thee. 1 Samuel 17:37
