Matthew 2:2 “…and are come to worship him.“
The wise men’s journey ends with worship—but worship begins with a willing heart. They sought the Saviour, bowed before Him, and honored Him as Lord. Their gifts, their time, their sacrifice—each was an expression of devotion. They didn’t come for what Jesus could give them; they came for who He was.
That is the heart of true Christianity. Wise men still seek Him. Wise women still worship Him. Wise families still follow Him. The world may chase power like Herod or cling to religion like the scribes—but the wise will always be drawn to Jesus. Let your life echo their journey: seek Him, bow before Him, worship Him with all your heart.
