The Futility of Worry

Matthew 6:27 “Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?”

Worry promises control but produces nothing. It never changes outcomes, only attitudes. Jesus exposes its emptiness with a simple question—what has worry ever truly accomplished?

Worry steals joy from today without improving tomorrow. When God is first, we release the illusion of control and rest in His sovereignty.

Is worry quietly shaping your days? Ask God to replace anxious thoughts with faith-filled trust.
