Matthew 2:2 “Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.“
The wise men began their journey with a question—a question that still echoes through the hearts of people today: Where is He? Their search was intentional, sincere, and deeply spiritual. The star was unusual, the journey was long, and the road was unfamiliar… yet their hearts were fixed on one purpose: worship. The first step toward Christ is always a step of seeking.
When we look at the wise men, we see ordinary people transformed by a desire to know the Saviour. They didn’t travel for curiosity but for Christ. Their footsteps remind us that God rewards those who diligently seek Him. If your heart feels distant, uncertain, or tired, lift your eyes again toward the Light. Those who seek Him will always find Him.
