Other Sheep

John 10:16 “And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.”

When Jesus spoke of “other sheep,” He was talking about us—Gentiles who were once outside of the promises of Israel but are now welcomed into His flock. His vision wasn’t just for one nation or one people group; His vision was global. He came to bring all who would believe—Jew and Gentile alike—into one family under one Shepherd.

This verse reminds us that the Good Shepherd is still pursuing lost sheep today. Somewhere in the world right now, someone is hearing His voice for the first time. Maybe in your neighborhood, maybe across the ocean. And maybe He is using you to help bring them into the fold. Never forget: the Shepherd’s flock is bigger than we can imagine, and His invitation is still open.
