Lamentations 3:23 “They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.“
Every year, many Canadians set resolutions—fitness, finances, relationships. And most of us know the discouragement of falling short. I’ve been there myself. Good intentions don’t always lead to lasting change.
That’s why I’m grateful that God’s mercy is not based on my consistency. His faithfulness doesn’t fade when my discipline does. When our resolve weakens, God’s mercy remains strong. This year, I don’t want to rely on promises to myself—I want to rely on the faithfulness of God.
