Luke 2:7 “And she brought forth her firstborn son… and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.“
There was no room for Jesus in the inn, but He came anyway. Not in a palace, not with applause, but in a manger—a feeding trough. God chose the lowest place for the highest gift. This is the heart of the gospel: Christ enters the places the world rejects.
Maybe you’ve felt overlooked, pushed aside, or unnoticed. The Christmas story tells you this—Jesus meets you where you are, not where the world says you should be. He makes His presence known in humble places: in broken hearts, quiet homes, and simple faith. The manger reminds us that God’s greatest work often begins where the world least expects it.
