Luke 2:4–5 “And Joseph also went up from Galilee… to be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.“
Joseph and Mary’s journey was not glamorous. It was long, tiring, uncomfortable, and filled with uncertainty. Yet they obeyed without complaint. Sometimes God’s will looks more like a long, mundane road than a mountaintop moment. But it is often through simple obedience—quiet, consistent faithfulness—that God does His greatest work.
Mary likely didn’t understand every detail. Joseph didn’t either. But they trusted the God who did. Your obedience today—whether seen or unseen—matters. God honours the steps you take when you trust Him, even when circumstances make little sense. Walk your road today with faith, knowing the Lord walks with you.
