In a world where everything around us changes—from technology to values to relationships—how comforting it is to know that God never changes. Moses reminded Israel, and reminds us, that “the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God” (Deut 7:9).
✔ He is faithful in His person — God’s character is unchanging. He keeps His word, He cannot lie, and He is constant in His truth and love.
✔ He is faithful in His provision — Just as God provided for Israel—physically, emotionally, spiritually—He provides for us. From daily needs to our deepest spiritual longings, God is our source.
✔ He is faithful in His promises — His promises to save, keep, and forgive are sure. When we trust Him, we can rest in the security of His word.
In a time of uncertainty, let’s choose to rest in the One who is always certain: our faithful God.
